Auburn University at Montgomery Campus Police Department is seeking a full-time Police Officer to provide a full range of police services on campus through foot and mobile patrols. The role involves enforcing state and federal laws and university policies, conducting investigations, and ensuring safety during events.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, POST certification, and CPR/First Aid certifications (preferred).

Responsabilidades

• Issue traffic citations and arrest warrants.
• Respond to disputes and advise on appropriate behavior.
• Arrest suspects and transport to city jail.
• Patrol assigned area and investigate incidents.
• Submit investigations and reports to supervisor.
• Direct vehicle and pedestrian traffic and enforce parking rules.
• Respond to emergencies and assist local police agencies.
• Provide crowd and traffic control during events.
• Operate police network computers.
• Serve as first responders in crises situations.
