Job summary

Responsibilities

• Patrol assigned area, buildings, streets and grounds and enforce motor vehicle and criminal laws.
• Interact with the public and other officers to obtain information for investigations and case development.
• Perform duties in varying conditions with exposure to hazards and physical demands.
• Conduct arrests, searches, seizures and court-related tasks as required.
• Prepare and review police reports, statements and memoranda.
• Assist with crime prevention programs and community relations activities.
• Operate law enforcement equipment and participate in special events.
