Tri-County Technical College seeks a Law Enforcement Officer to protect campus and community across multiple TCTC locations. You will patrol grounds, respond to calls, enforce laws and college policies, and assist in investigations.

The role requires strong communication, safety focus, and ethical conduct in a 24/7 campus environment. Qualified candidates have a high school diploma with two years of law enforcement experience, and possess or be able to transfer a Class 1 SCCJA certification

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma with 2 years of law enforcement experience required.
• Possess or be able to transfer Class 1 Law Enforcement Certification through SCCJA within 12 months.

Aufgaben

• Patrol campus grounds, buildings, and parking lots to identify safety hazards and deter crime.
• Respond to incidents and emergencies, provide first aid, and investigate and document investigations.
• Direct traffic, control access, and issue warnings or citations as needed.
• Maintain detailed incident reports and participate in fire and safety inspections.
