Job summary

Chase Oaks Church Sloan Creek Campus is seeking a Campus Pastor to provide pastoral leadership and campus-wide management for all ministries. You will implement the Chase Oaks ministry model and support church leadership, vision, and direction.

You will lead campus teams, grow weekend services, and engage the community with an outward focus, caring pastorally for congregants and staff while developing leaders.

Qualifications

• Requires the ability to multi-task and work independently in carrying out assignments.
• Must have excellent communication / customer service skills and be able to interface with Chase Oaks Church staff and attendees.
• Must have stage presence and a desire to be up front leading.
• Requires the ability to compose culturally relevant, effective and accurate communication.
• Strong organizational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Minimum of 3 years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• College degree, School of Theology preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead campus ministries and teams, developing interdependence and authentic collaboration.
• Grow the weekend service attendance and engage the community with outward focus.
• Care pastorally for the community, congregation and staff.
• Lead the campus team with Chase Oaks culture, values, mission, and DNA.
• Preach up to once per sermon series as guided by Lead Pastor.
• Develop leaders and align campus activities with the broader church strategy.
