Northway in Upper St. Clair is seeking a full-time Campus Pastor for their South Hills Campus. This role requires providing spiritual leadership, pastoral care, and managing campus operations. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and experience in ministry.

Responsibilities include leading the campus outreach strategy, developing staff, and ensuring alignment with Northway's mission. Applicants should be ordained pastors with at least five years of experience and a passion for community service.

Qualifications

• Ordained pastor with a minimum of five (5) years of ministry experience.
• Demonstrated ability to maintain confidential information.
• Multi-site ministry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pastor the South Hills campus.
• Develop and drive the campus outreach strategy.
• Manage campus budget.
