The Prairie Lakes Church campus is seeking a Campus Pastor responsible for campus growth, health, and alignment with PLC’s mission, vision, values, and culture. The Pastor will lead weekend services, care for the congregation, and supervise campus staff and volunteers.
This role requires pastoral leadership, strong relational skills, and the ability to bridge central and campus ministries while stewarding the campus budget and community relations in a multisite context.

The Campus Pastor leads the Prairie Lakes Church campus and is responsible for the campus growth, health, and alignment with PLC’s mission, vision, values, and culture.
The Campus Pastor supervises all campus staff.
