Job summary

Interfaith America is seeking a Program Manager (Campus Partnerships) to advance pluralism on college campuses. You will collaborate with university presidents, chancellors, and campus leaders to design and oversee on-campus consultation projects, trainings, and events that foster interfaith cooperation and civic pluralism.

This role requires a bachelor’s degree, 3–5 years of relevant experience, and strong communication, project management, and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of professional experience in a related field (e.g., higher education, student affairs, interfaith work, consulting).
• Exceptional oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to balance and prioritize multiple ongoing projects from multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work well under pressure.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).
• Authorization to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Work with the Director of Campus Partnerships to manage comprehensive on-campus consultation projects to support campuses in developing a pluralism strategy.
• Deploy Interfaith America programs and theories of civic and interfaith cooperation on projects involving university presidents, chancellors, senior administrators, and other campus constituencies.
• Execute pieces of work on Interfaith America projects, including data tracking, CRM responsibilities, and administrative tasks.
• Lead event planning and execution for IA’s higher education conferences involving university presidents and senior administrators.
• Coordinate and contribute to IA strategies focused on HBCU institutions.
• Cultivate relationships with civic partners, academic associations, and campus constituents.
• Develop and facilitate trainings for campus partners (in-person and virtual).
• Manage programs and grants, including budgets and payments.
