Job summary

The Los Angeles Cleantech Incubator (LACI) is seeking a Campus Operations Coordinator to oversee facilities at the La Kretz Innovation Campus in Downtown LA. You will manage maintenance, vendor coordination, safety compliance, and green initiatives to support a LEED Platinum facility.

Reporting to the Director of Campus Operations, you will track sustainability data, coordinate LEED/WELL certifications, lead campus tours, and assist with community events while ensuring a safe, efficient

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• Strong proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets.
• Outstanding organization and leadership abilities.
• A LEED AP, WELL, or other relevant green building certifications are a plus.
• Excellent writing and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Facilities Maintenance and Coordination: implement a robust, sustainability-focused facility program and coordinate maintenance, tenant improvements, and vendor inspections.
• Sustainability: track data, advance LEED/WELL certifications, monitor energy and water use, apply sustainability best practices.
• Community Culture: be primary point of contact for campus members, support events and tours.
• Vendor Management & Purchasing: obtain quotes, compare costs, support AP for vendor invoices.
• Emergency Preparedness: act as floor warden and coordinate trainings and plans.
