Responsibilities

Job Summary: We are seeking a Campus Services Support role to join our REM team. The position will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and assisting with the daily operation of our campus facilities. This role is crucial in ensuring a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees, clients, vendors and visitors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preform daily tasks and ensure timely completion of cleaning and operational duties which include but are not limited to the following:
• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming.
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, replenish supplies, and ensure they are well-maintained throughout the day.
• Monitor and maintain cleanliness in common areas, including lobbies, hallways, and break rooms.
• Respond promptly to cleaning requests and address spills, trash, and other cleaning needs as they arise.
• Empty trash receptacles and replace liners.
• Ensure all cleaning equipment and supplies are stored properly and report any maintenance or repair needs.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down meeting rooms and event spaces as needed.

Knowledge/Skills/Experience Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent required, college, business or banking professional training helpful.
• Previous experience in janitorial or custodial work preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
