Qualifications

• Master's Degree required
• Valid Texas Administrator's Certificate or within one year of earning
• T-TESS certification required
• AEL or ILD certification preferred
• Excellent communication, public relations, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to facilitate ARDs, 504s, MTSS, & LPACs
• Knowledge of state laws and district procedures for school operations

Responsibilities

• Assist the principal in campus leadership and daily administration.
• Support student services, discipline, and instructional monitoring.
• Coordinate testing programs and reporting requirements.
• Supervise staff during after-hours events as assigned.
• Plan and implement action steps to improve campus climate and safety.
• Develop and manage assigned campus budget and resources, within approved guidelines.
