Job summary

Storage Scholars is seeking a Student Operations Manager to lead on-campus moving and storage operations for 2027. You’ll manage student mover teams, own daily operations during move-out/move-in, and build strong client relationships with fellow students who are your customers.

You’ll gain real leadership experience, mentor peers, and drive outcomes in a fast-paced campus environment, with training and mentorship provided to help you execute effectively.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled college student with eligibility to work on campus.
• Demonstrated leadership and team-management abilities.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, hands-on environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage student mover teams.
• Own daily operations during move-out and move-in.
• Work directly with fellow students as customers.
• Load, unload, organize, and transport belongings.
• Drive moving trucks and coordinate logistics.
• Manage inventory through our online system.
• Organize orders within storage facilities.
• Coordinate with professional moving partners and regional staff.
• Represent Storage Scholars on campus and assist with outreach.
• Adapt quickly when plans change and problems arise.
