Job summary

Ohio Christian University is seeking an Executive Director of Operations and Operational Efficiency to oversee Custodial, Grounds, Maintenance and Transportation on the Main Campus. The role reports to the Vice President of Finance and supports 40 hours per week in an exempt, full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include supervising building projects, furniture purchases, space planning, and campus repairs while coordinating with Finance and other departments to maintain efficient operations and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree preferred and several years of supervisory experience.
Demonstrated leadership and ability to supervise employees.
Working knowledge of budget management and trades (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, lighting).

Responsibilities

Supervise all campus building projects
Administer all campus furniture purchases
Supervise all campus office move/space planning
Supervise all campus cleaning
Manage campus grounds
Supervise campus repairs
Communicate with the Director of Finance on all department activities and pro-actively setting up projects for the department
Works with community leaders representing OCU
Supports other departments as needed/available.
