Job summary

Qualifications

  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Microsoft Word and Excel proficiency.
  • Experience with student information systems or database systems preferred.
  • Higher education, career school, vocational school, or student services experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Support student academic processes including Leaves of Absence and schedule changes.

  • Review and audit student files for accuracy.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and other campus reports.

Salary: $21.15 - $24.03 / hourly (equates to $44,000 - $50,00 annually)

About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Campus Operations Coordinator to support the administrative and academic operations of our Ridgeland campus.

This is an ideal opportunity for an experienced administrative professional who enjoys a fast-paced environment, working with multiple departments, managing detailed processes, and using technology to keep operations running smoothly.

What You'll Do
  • Support student academic processes, including Leaves of Absence, schedule changes, student drops, and related documentation.
  • Maintain accurate student records and information within CampusVue.
  • Review and audit student files for accuracy and completeness.
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and other campus reports.
  • Assist with faculty processes, meetings, continuing education activities, and Program Advisory Committee meetings.
  • Support campus leadership with licensing, accreditation, and other operational activities.
  • Create professional reports, spreadsheets, correspondence, agendas, presentations, and other documents.
  • Coordinate meetings, schedules, campus activities, records, and administrative projects.
  • Provide professional and welcoming service to students, employees, prospective students, and campus visitors.
  • Manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of accuracy and follow-through.
What We're Looking For
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or additional education preferred.
  • Previous administrative, office operations, education, or student services experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel required.
  • Experience with student information systems or database systems preferred.
  • Higher education, career school, vocational school, or student services experience is a plus.
