Job summary

Rapport, a division of FLIK Hospitality Group and a member of Compass Group USA, seeks a Campus Operations Coordinator to create an exceptional workplace experience by welcoming and supporting associates, clients, and visitors across campus environments.

This role coordinates facility services, meetings, and events, builds relationships across support teams, and ensures spaces are ready and professional every day.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience in hospitality, workplace operations or conference services.
  • Two or more years of experience in hospitality, workplace operations, conference services, or related environments.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a proactive, solution-focused mindset.
  • Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while adapting to changing operational needs.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as a visible campus resource, delivering exceptional customer service and concierge-style support to associates, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain the operational readiness of workplace, conference, and shared campus environments through proactive awareness and timely coordination of support services.
  • Identify operational needs and coordinate appropriate resources to resolve facility, housekeeping, technology, furniture, and workplace concerns.
  • Support the successful execution of meetings and events by ensuring conference spaces remain welcoming, functional, and ready throughout the day.
  • Respond professionally and calmly to changing operational priorities.

Job Summary

Campus Operations Coordinator helps create an exceptional workplace experience by ensuring associates, clients, and visitors are welcomed, supported, and connected to the resources they need throughout the day. Serving as both a visible customer service presence and an operational resource, this role proactively supports the readiness of workplace, conference, and shared campus environments through relationship-building, operational coordination, and responsive service. Working collaboratively across multiple support teams, the Campus Operations Coordinator helps ensure the campus remains professional, functional, and ready to support business every day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as a visible campus resource, delivering exceptional customer service and concierge-style support to associates, clients, and visitors.
  • Maintain the operational readiness of workplace, conference, and shared campus environments through proactive awareness and timely coordination of support services.
