The Crossing is seeking a part-time Campus Operations Associate to help keep our Fenton campus safe, clean and ready for ministry. You will support weekend services, weeknight classes, and events with on-site operations and flexible scheduling.

We value excellent communication, a proactive mindset, and comfort with technology. A high school diploma is preferred; prior facilities or event support experience is helpful but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide on-site campus operations support for services, classes and events.

• Support staff and ministry teams during shifts and communicate safety or building concerns.
• Use radios, scheduling apps, and campus technology during shifts.

Campus Operations Associate ...This part-time position helps keep our Fenton campus safe, clean, functional and ready for ministry. The role provides on-site campus operations support for weekend services, weeknight classes and events. The hours are varied, and, in most instances, we can work around your full-time job and other commitments. Retired, in school, or just looking for flexible part-time work? GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES

• Providing on-site campus operations support for services, classes and events. Typical shifts are available are Sunday 7:30 am to 1:00 pm
• Weeknights 5:30 pm to 10:00 pm
• Other days and times as needed

• Prepare and reset ministry spaces and help ensure common areas and restrooms are clean, safe and ready for scheduled use.
• Complete building opening, closing and routine building-readiness procedures.
• Respond to basic facility needs, including light cleaning and minor maintenance tasks within your training and ability.
• Support staff and ministry teams during assigned shifts and communicate maintenance, safety, security or building concerns to management.
• Use radios/headsets, scheduling and mobile apps, digital checklists, access-control systems and other campus technology.

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred. Previous facilities, operations, event support or service-oriented experience is helpful, but not required. Skilled-trade experience is not required; training is provided.
