Responsibilities

• Assist campus office staff with clerical and administrative duties as assigned.
• Answer phones, route calls, take messages, and provide basic information to students, staff, parents, and visitors.
• Prepare, organize, and file records and documents.
• Create student identification cards and assist with other campus support functions as assigned.
