Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Evidence of ethical behavior and adherence to procedures.
• Demonstrated ability to work cooperatively and inclusively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Inspect buildings and grounds to ensure security and safety.
• Control access for authorized persons and monitor entrances.
• Investigate disturbances and document incidents; cooperate with law enforcement as needed.
• Provide escort services for students and visitors when requested.
• Participate in campus events to increase safety department visibility.
• Enforce campus policies and local laws; issue parking tickets as needed.
• Operate College vehicles safely ( vans, golf carts, etc.).
• Prepare clear written reports and use computer systems to log data.
