Qualifications

• Currently enrolled MSJ student eligible for co-op.
• Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Familiarity with AP Style is a plus.

Responsibilities

• News story writing with headlines, engaging leads and essential information.
• Feature article storytelling for campus stories.
• Write news posts about campus happenings.
• Identify story leads on campus.
• Submit stories in the website back-end for homepage/news sections.
• Maintain professional demeanor across campus communications.
• Assist with proofreading print materials.
• Edit webpages on www.msj.edu.
• Manage bio pages for staff in the directory.
