Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide escalated Level 2 network support for campus infrastructure.
• Maintain network hardware and software; perform backups and patches.
• Monitor network performance, reliability, and security across campus and residence facilities.
• Document configurations and inventory; assist with security planning.
