InterVarsity Press is seeking a Campus Staff Minister to cultivate a vibrant faith community among students and faculty at college campuses in Texas. The ideal candidate will lead ministry efforts, develop partnerships, and engage with diverse groups in faith-building activities.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, a commitment to the values of InterVarsity, and a willingness to lead transformative experiences through discipleship and community building.

Salary range is $44,016 – $58,680 per year, with opportunities for benefits including retirement savings, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required for a four-year campus; Associate's degree for a two-year campus.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to minister to diverse ethnic communities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Cultivate students and faculty who follow Jesus on college campuses.
• Lead ministry on campus, travel as needed for training.
• Build and lead a team of partners to resource the ministry.
