Job summary

InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA is seeking a Rivers & Rails Campus Staff Minister to lead in Ohio (and surrounding areas) with a focus on forming witnessing communities among students and faculty. The role requires building teams, guiding ministries, and coordinating with national InterVarsity resources to advance the mission on college campuses.

You will pursue spiritual growth, lead campus ministries, and develop partnerships while raising financial support to fund the role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a four-year campus.
• Associate’s degree required for CSMs assigned to a two-year campus or a community college.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pursue a vibrant relationship with God through Scripture, prayer, and worship.
• Lead and develop campus witnessing communities and leaders.
• Build leadership teams and align programs with the vision.
• Raise 100% of the financial budget assigned by your supervisor.
• Collaborate with national InterVarsity staff and volunteers.
