Job summary

The Church of Eleven22 seeks a ministry leader to equip the saints for work of ministry and shepherd the congregation in partnership with Campus Pastors. Responsibilities include weekend worship support, weddings, funerals, hospital visits, sacraments, and disciple-making journeys.

Strong leadership and communication are essential. Requirements include 3–5 years of ministry leadership and a bachelor’s degree.

Qualifications

• Three to five years of ministry leadership experience managing teams, volunteers or ministry areas.
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Model spiritual intensity and assist in weekend worship gatherings and related ministry tasks.
• Officiate weddings and Celebrations of Life.
• Hospital visitations, ministerial counseling, and care for those in need.
• Deliver baptism and Communion.
• Lead disciple-making journeys and Growth Track classes.
• Pray with serve staff and empower ministry teams.
