InterVarsity Christian Fellowship/USA seeks a full-time Campus Staff Minister to lead and develop witnessing communities on college campuses in Alabama. You will guide students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship while modeling InterVarsity’s Core Values.

The role emphasizes ministry planning, staff collaboration, and building partnerships with alumni and churches to sustain the ministry financially through donor support.

Qualifications

• Annually affirm InterVarsity’s Doctrinal Basis and Purpose Statement and Code of Conduct.
• Bachelor’s degree required for CSMs on four-year campuses; an Associate’s degree required for two-year campuses.
• Strong interpersonal and cross-cultural communication skills; ability to minister to diverse communities.
• Proficiency with word processing, presentation, email, and spreadsheet tools.

• Pursue spiritual growth and model InterVarsity values in life and work.
• Lead students and faculty through Scripture, prayer, and discipleship experiences.
• Collaborate with staff and volunteers to align ministry plans with campus needs.
• Develop partnerships with churches and alumni to resource the ministry financially and prayerfully.
• Perform assigned tasks and travel to on-campus and off-campus sites as needed.
