Qualifications

• Pastoral leadership experience at the high school level.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Understanding of liturgy, Christian service, and retreat programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise liturgies and prayer services at SFBHS.
• Supervise planning and execution of 9th-12th grade retreat programs.
• Grow and evaluate service program offerings.
• Build opportunities for reflection and prayer within the SFBHS community.
• Ensure alignment of pastoral programs with theology courses and student activities.
• Cultivate leadership opportunities for students to help build pastoral programs.
• Participate in ongoing theological and faith-formation opportunities.
• Organize and implement an annual regional 8th-grade retreat program.
• Support parish priests in ministering to high school-age parishioners who do not attend SFBHS.
• Quarterly updates to Pastors and SFBHS leadership.
• Other duties as assigned.
