Job summary

Southeastern Property Management LLC is seeking a Marketing Intern to be the face of our community on campus and at events in Athens, GA. You’ll work evenings and weekends, engaging with students at tailgates, gamedays, and campus activities to build buzz and drive resident leads.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled student or recent graduate of UGA.
• Outgoing, personable and able to initiate conversations with strangers.
• Reliable transportation to travel between campus, property, and off-site events.
• Available to work non-traditional hours: evenings, weekends, and gamedays.

Responsibilities

• Engage with students on campus during regular hours.
• Represent the property at campus events, club fairs, orientation days, and university activities.
• Build relationships with student organizations, Greek life, and campus influencers.
• Staff branded booths at gamedays, tailgates, and sporting events; distribute swag and materials.
• Capture leads on-site and enter into PMS or hand off to leasing team the same day.
• Track outreach activity and report weekly to the Property Manager.
