Responsibilities

• Perform routine preventive grounds, housekeeping, and maintenance duties on campus buildings and equipment.
• Update PM tasks and non-PM work orders in CMMS with supervisor.
• Restock restrooms across buildings on a rotating schedule.
• Assist with furniture moves for events.
• Mow and blow grounds and facilities; maintain landscaping and irrigation.
• Report needed maintenance to supervisor; help manage parts and supplies inventory.
