Job summary

Elim Christian Services seeks a Maintenance Assistant to support the Crestwood campus, joining a positive team culture. You will help repair and install items, assist with painting, manage gutters and drains, and monitor work orders, ensuring safety and a welcoming environment.

The role includes on-call coverage during winter months and emergencies, with competitive benefits and a 52-week schedule across 4 program buildings on 32 acres.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's license.
• Willing to be on-call 24 hours during winter months and emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the repair and/or installation of various items to ensure safe working condition.
• Assist other maintenance personnel to support completion of their work.
• Assist with painting tasks to maintain attractive facilities and minimize damage.
• Clean and perform minor repairs of gutters and drains to ensure proper operation and drainage.
• Install system components and equipment as required to maintain facilities in a safe, comfortable, and operating condition.
• Monitor the work order system and update/close out work orders in a timely manner.

Education
