Job summary

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania's Hiram G Andrews Center seeks an Employment First Worker to support daily campus maintenance. You will perform hands-on tasks to keep facilities clean, safe, and welcoming for students and staff.

This full-time position runs 6:00 AM–2:00 PM, Monday to Friday, with a 30-minute lunch and occasional overtime. You will learn through supervised duties, helping with general maintenance, grounds care, plant care, and light projects as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Plant Care: Water and monitor indoor plants as needed.
• Material Handling: Gather supplies and deliver items to designated areas.
• Project Assistance: Support larger maintenance efforts by providing tools or helping position equipment.
