Job summary

Oklahoma State University (OSU) Stillwater campus is seeking a skilled Locksmith to join the Facilities Management Keys department. The role provides, maintains, repairs, installs, and manages campus locking and access control systems to ensure physical security for facilities, employees, students, and assets.

The ideal candidate will cut and duplicate keys, manage key records, operate low-voltage access devices, and use AiM CMMS for daily reporting.

Qualifications

• High School/GED required with start date conferred.
• Experience with key-cutting machines or related trades.
• Demonstrated leadership via FM Leadership Program is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain, repair, install, and manage campus locks and access systems.
• Cut keys by code and duplicate keys; manage keys and codes.
• Operate and maintain vehicles used for on-site work.
• Document work orders using AiM CMMS and mobile devices.
• Work overtime as needed and respond to emergencies.
