Bethel University is seeking a Student Life Office Coordinator to support a welcoming and collaborative team on campus. You will work across Student Life, Campus Ministries, Residence Life, and Campus Engagement to empower student employees and enhance campus life.

The role emphasizes hospitality, organization, and the ability to manage multiple priorities, including responding to emails, with a starting hourly wage of $19.50–$20.50 and a full-time, in-office expectation on campus in Arden

Qualifications

• High school diploma is required.
• 1 year of office support or administrative assistant experience is required.
• 3 years of office experience with a high level of responsibility is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive administrative support for the Student Life team.
• Manage office operations and supplies; coordinate budgets and reconciliations.
• Recruit, hire, train, schedule, supervise, and coach student employees at the front desk.
• Support Campus Ministries and Residence Life operations as needed.
