Foho in Forest Falls, California, is seeking a Campus Life Coordinator to support The GO Year of Discipleship. This role combines leadership of program events with mentorship for students, focusing on enhancing their on-site experience.
Responsibilities include designing activities, mentoring students, and managing logistics with various departments. Ideal candidates will have experience engaging with college-aged individuals and should uphold the mission and values of the organization.
Support The GO Year of Discipleship in a position that combines day-to-day leadership of program events and activities with intentional, Christ-centered mentorship of GO Year students.
The Campus Life Coordinator will focus on shaping and enhancing the on-site experience for all GO Year students. This includes contributing to the overall quality, structure, and execution of daily life within the program.
The Campus Life Coordinator will also assist in collectively guiding and disciplining a cohort of 40 students throughout the full 12-month experience, fostering spiritual growth, community engagement, and personal development among students.
This position provides spiritual leadership, mentorship, and oversight to students participating in The GO Year of Discipleship. The role carries primary leadership responsibility within assigned areas of focus, while also engaging in shared leadership alongside other GO Year leadership to foster a unified, Christ-centered community and program experience.

While performing the duties of this job the employee is regularly required to stand, walk, sit, and requires sufficient hand, arm, and finger dexterity to operate retail machines.
