Job summary

Augsburg University is seeking a part-time Student Administrative Assistant to support Campus Life events and maintain consistent communications across campus. This role provides essential services to students and student organizations, helping run programs and schedule activities.

Ideal candidates are enrolled students with work-study as part of financial aid, and who meet FAFSA requirements. This position does not include health insurance benefits and pays $16.45 per hour.

Qualifications

• Enrolled or in the process of enrolling at Augsburg University.
• FAFSA completed or waived if eligible for student employment.
• Work-study as part of your financial aid award.
• Have a 2.0 cumulative and previous semester GPA.

Responsibilities

• Staffing the Christensen Center Student Lounge and managing equipment checkouts.
• Enforce Student Lounge policies and promote respectful use of furniture.
• Handle Campus Life emails and maintain customer relations.
• Coordinate student organizations and Act Six programs, including leadership institutes and fairs.
