Job summary

Fort Bend ISD is seeking an Associate Principal for middle or high school campuses. This role includes providing instructional leadership, overseeing curriculum implementation, and managing school-wide responsibilities. Candidates should possess a Master’s degree, Texas certifications, and a minimum of 2 years administrative experience.

The Associate Principal will support the principal, lead faculty, and ensure a safe learning environment while striving for continuous improvement in student achievement.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years campus level administrative experience as an assistant principal or dean of instruction.
• Minimum of 2 years of successful classroom teaching experience.
• Ability to evaluate instructional program and teaching effectiveness.

Responsibilities

• Provide instructional leadership for the campus.
• Assist with curriculum-related activities such as program development.
• Monitor student behavior, attendance, and enforce discipline rules.
