Responsibilities

• Schedules and directs grounds-keeping activities for a campus area, prioritizing equipment use and weekly staff schedules.
• Interviews, hires, trains, and directs staff; maintains personnel records and provides performance feedback.
• Maintains labor hours, materials, and equipment records; orders supplies and recommends equipment needs.
• Identifies pest issues and supports integrated pest management and chemical application logging.
• Coordinates staff training and onboarding for safe use of landscape equipment.
