• U.S. citizen or eligible noncitizen; no institutional blocks.
• Must have transportation to off-campus worksites.
• Completes Dallas College professional development training hours.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, greet visitors, and provide general information or direct inquiries.
• Manage mail and small package deliveries.
• Data entry, records maintenance, and database updates.
• Assist with filing, scanning, and organizing documents.
• Schedule appointments and manage calendars; prepare correspondence and reports.
• Support departmental events and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
