Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old and eligible to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• California Guard Card License with valid Driver's License.
• Clean driving record for 3 years and reliable transportation.
• English literacy for accurate reporting; other languages a plus.
• Ability to stay calm, de-escalate, and communicate effectively in crises.
• At least 1 year in security, mobile patrol, or event staff roles.
• Pass a background check and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Perform patrols of multi‑level buildings and outdoor spaces.
• Respond swiftly to emergencies or incidents and document events.
• Operate security equipment and maintain accurate logs.
• De‑escalate conflicts and communicate with campus community.
• Support emergency evacuations and follow procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and adhere to policies.
