Qualifications

• 7-years of related experience in maintenance, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
• Valid Ohio driver's license free of significant violations.
• High school education required.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
• Cover campus calls for maintenance and repairs.
• Respond to maintenance calls, including alarms from energy management systems.

Skills

Familiar with construction trades and building maintenance

Ability to identify need for repairs or maintenance
