The University Maintenance Team is seeking a qualified individual for the role involving the maintenance and repair of mechanical systems in university buildings. Qualifications
7-years of related experience in maintenance, preferably in industrial or commercial environments.
Valid Ohio driver's license free of significant violations.
High school education required.
Responsibilities
Perform preventative and predictive maintenance on mechanical equipment.
Cover campus calls for maintenance and repairs.
Respond to maintenance calls, including alarms from energy management systems.
Skills
Familiar with construction trades and building maintenance
Ability to identify need for repairs or maintenance
Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools
Ability to work independently and in a team
Familiarity with safety hazards
Ability to read technical drawings
