Job summary

ABM Industries is hiring an HVAC Technician II to support a multi-building campus, ensuring comfort and reliability across classrooms, dorms, labs, and athletic facilities. You will perform maintenance, repairs, and installation of HVAC equipment and controls to meet client standards.

The role requires a valid HVAC license, EPA Universal certification, and at least three years of HVAC experience. The pay range is $34 to $38 per hour, with benefits and a comprehensive package.

Qualifications

• HVAC license in the applicable jurisdiction.
• EPA Universal certification credentials.
• Refrigeration/HVAC trade or vocational certification.
• Minimum of three years HVAC experience.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, calibrate, and adjust pilots, thermostats, burners, transformers, controls, relays, heaters and electrical components.
• Use common HVAC trade tools to diagnose and repair systems.
• Install, maintain, and repair ventilation and air conditioning across diverse buildings.
• Identify maintenance risks and diagnose electrical and mechanical faults.
• Perform emergency repairs promptly and efficiently.
• Keep daily logs and records of all maintenance functions.
• Provide technical direction and on-the-job training.
