Qualifications

• 10 years experience working on commercial HVAC systems.
• Ability to complete maintenance and basic troubleshooting.
• Must have working knowledge of 480V and below electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems across campus facilities.
• Respond promptly to urgent maintenance calls affecting HVAC systems.
• Ensure adherence to EPA regulations regarding refrigerant handling.
