Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 1–3 years HVAC hands-on experience.
• Knowledge of chilled water systems and chiller troubleshooting.
• Understanding of Building Management Systems; Johnson Controls experience preferred.
• EPA Section 608 Universal Certification.

Responsibilities

• Install, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain HVAC systems across campus facilities.
• Plan and coordinate HVAC projects, interpreting blueprints and estimating materials.
• Diagnose complex mechanical, electrical, and refrigerant issues.
• Inspect installations for compliance with codes, safety regulations, and specs.
• Serve as onsite client contact and maintain accurate records of work orders and refrigerant tracking.
