Thomas College in Waterville, Maine, seeks a skilled maintenance technician to keep campus utilities, boilers, HVAC systems, and related equipment running efficiently. The role requires hands-on experience with heating/cooling, plumbing, and electrical systems, plus the ability to manage work orders in CMMS.

You will perform preventative maintenance, respond to emergencies, and support groundskeeping on off shifts, ensuring facilities operate smoothly and safely.

Formación

• Must pass criminal background check and fitness for duty.
• Must possess a valid Maine driver’s license.
• Five years of experience in commercial boiler operation or related field preferred.
• Solid documentation of hands-on automotive, plumbing, HVAC, or millwright skills.

Responsabilidades

• Maintain and repair campus heating, cooling, plumbing, electrical, and related systems.
• Track and manage maintenance work orders using CMMS, including labor and materials.
• Inspect and service hot water systems, condensers, pumps, valves, and heat exchangers.
• Operate and troubleshoot building automation and energy management systems.
• Respond to unexpected issues, perform preventative maintenance, and cover grounds/utility duties as needed.
