Job summary

Campus Apartments is seeking an experienced General Manager to oversee all on-site operations of a student housing property. The GM reports to the Regional Manager and ensures customer satisfaction, fiscal stability and property condition.

Responsibilities include staffing, budgeting, occupancy analysis, policy implementation, resident relations, vendor coordination, and reporting to owners. Bachelor's degree plus 3+ years supervisory experience in property management, and relevant

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree plus 3+ years of supervisory experience in property or housing management
• Real Estate License desirable or required in some markets
• Entrata knowledge is required
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook
• Strong customer service and leadership capabilities

Responsibilities

• Manage all actions that influence the property
• Review occupancy reports and ensure compliance with laws and regulations
• Develop operating and capital budgets and implement management plans
• Direct on-site staff and supervise contracted services
• Establish performance goals and accountability for staff
• Maintain resident relations and provide first-class customer service
• Coordinate property inspections and reporting to owners
• Assist in due diligence during property acquisitions/sales
