Job summary

Sodexo is offering a Campus Intern position at Southwest Baptist University, with varied shifts and full-time status. The program provides hands-on learning across food service, facilities, accounting, HR, and operations, focusing on event preparation, service execution, inventory management, and guest relations.

Interns will gain exposure to Sodexo’s business practices, leadership principles, and operational standards, while supporting daily operations and possibly entering a formal internship

Qualifications

• In pursuit of a college degree.
• Strong interest in pursuing a career in hospitality, food service, facility management, or event management.
• No experience required.

Responsibilities

• Support daily operations by assisting frontline teams in food service, maintenance, cleaning, equipment use, cooking, serving, and other functions across various facilities.
• Learn and follow department guidelines, operating procedures, and safety standards, providing feedback as needed.
• Assist with inventory, data entry, filing, reporting, and updating documentation as needed.
• May be part of a formal Sodexo internship program.
• Significant walking or other means of mobility.
