Job summary

The College of St. Scholastica’s Student Health Service seeks a Registered Nurse to deliver high‑quality campus health care for students and to assist in health education and wellness programs.

The RN will help develop, manage, and coordinate health policy under the Medical Director of Student Health Service. Responsibilities include ensuring clinic compliance, maintaining confidential records, supporting daily operations, triaging illnesses, and coordinating immunization compliance for required

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3–5 years nursing experience, preferably in a family medicine or college setting.
• Must be fully vaccinated against Hepatitis B, MMR, Varicella, Influenza, Tdap, and COVID-19 with proof of vaccination on hire.
• Licensed Registered Nurse in Minnesota.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and FERPA requirements for health records.

Responsibilities

• Support clinic compliance alongside the Director of Student Health Service.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate policies and procedures for Student Health Service.
• Maintain accurate and confidential student health records per HIPAA/FERPA; use electronic health records.
• Assist in daily operations: patient care, health education, wellness, and administrative tasks.
• Provide quality health assessment, triage, and referrals within RN scope.
