Job Summary

Responsible for distributing work assignments to security officers and overseeing all aspects of provisioning and access control management for employees, visitors, contractors, and vendors. Ensures proper authorization and secure entry into facilities.

Job Duties

• Manage daily site operations, including scheduling and performance oversight
• Train new employees and ensure compliance with dress code and standards
• Conduct access control, including ID verification, vehicle decal inspection, and screening visitors and contractors
• Patrol premises, respond to inquiries, and document concerns
• Prepare reports on security incidents and daily activities
• Report incidents and suspicious activities to management
• Respond to building emergencies, including alarms and alerts
• Operate radios and security equipment
• Perform additional duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School diploma, GED, or equivalent
• Minimum 2+ years relevant experience; supervisory experience preferred
• Must be at least 18 years old
• Strong work ethic and ability to work independently
• Ability to obtain necessary credentials
• Knowledge of security principles preferred

Physical Requirements

• Frequently lift over 70 lbs; push, pull, walk, stand, reach, climb, crawl, stoop, squat, kneel, bend

Working Conditions

• Rotating shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays; overtime as needed
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
