• Two years groundskeeping experience or equivalent.
• Knowledge of groundskeeping and custodial practices.

Responsibilities

• Maintain campus grounds including lawns, shrubs, trees and flower beds.
• Install, maintain and repair sprinkler and irrigation systems; monitor safety hazards.
• Clean and maintain assigned areas; perform basic maintenance and repairs as needed.
• Open/close buildings, assist with events, deliver supplies and manage snow removal as required.
