Job summary

SSC Services for Education is hiring a full-time Groundskeeper at Henderson State University in Arkadelphia, AR. The role focuses on maintaining lawns, shrubs, and grounds, with a 7:00 am–3:30 pm schedule and opportunities for training and growth.

Qualifications

• Prior landscaping experience is required.
• Valid Non-CDL Class C driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Plans and administers a program of grounds and plant maintenance.
• Mows lawns weekly during the proper season and trims bushes.
• Performs general janitorial duties including property inspections and grounds maintenance.
• Inspects exterior of the property and reports deficiencies to Maintenance Supervisor.
• Maintains safe and neat appearance of the grounds and performs related duties as assigned.
