Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; ability to perform physically demanding tasks daily.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to safely operate vehicles in congested environments.
• Basic computer use to enter timecards and manage work requests.
• General knowledge of landscape maintenance and safe equipment operation.
• Nights, weekends and holidays may be required during events or emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Litter control across turf, sidewalks, and landscapes using hand tools and equipment.
• Operate and maintain power equipment and vehicles safely.
• Accurately record timecards daily per AiM SOPs.
• Assist with mowing, mulching, weed control, and snow removal during events or emergencies.
• Report hazards and follow supervisor instructions; perform assigned tasks.
