Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Lead Grounds Operations and provide supervision, training, and performance management.
Oversee maintenance and prep of athletic fields to NCAA standards and events.
Coordinate field scheduling and support with Athletics staff.
Direct turfgrass management, irrigation design/maintenance, and plant health care.
Plan landscape designs for new projects and collaborate on campus development.
Ensure safety, environmental compliance, and QA/QC across grounds operations.
Monitor daily operations with metrics and implement work plans.
Stay current with industry trends and professional development.
