Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with grounds maintenance and grounds equipment preferred.
• Evidence of effective communication skills and customer service abilities.

Responsibilities

• Maintain grounds, plant shrubs, prune trees and mow lawns.
• Operate landscaping tools and large equipment.
• Inspect and repair irrigation and signage.
• Respond to campus trouble calls and support events.
• Keep areas clean by removing debris and litter.
